益生菌和消化酶的区别与作用:益生菌和消化酶可以如何帮助恢复平衡

益生菌的作用

我们的肠道失去了数千种细菌菌株重要的多样性,

这些细菌菌株寄生在我们的肠道中并维持我们的健康。

此外,

我们的快餐饮食和衰老也影响着我们的肠道健康。

无论一个人的生活方式有多大的改变,

如果不使用益生菌补充剂,

他们可能无法完全恢复肠道细菌的多样性。

一旦消除了有害的诱因,

益生菌可以通过重新补充有益的肠道细菌

并恢复肠道群落的平衡来帮助改善肠道健康。

使用消化酶补充剂也可改善肠道健康

针对食物不耐受的另一种方法是

使用消化酶补充剂来部分或完全解决肠胃问题。

使用消化酶补充剂的主要理念是

它们将可能难以耐受的食物成分分解成更容易消化的物质。

其目的是帮助人们避免产生胀气、

消化酶的使用还未像益生菌补充剂那样在医学上得到认可,

但多项研究表明,

它可能有助于缓解

由于食物耐受不良而导致的肠易激综合征(IBS)
